Auditoriums

If you want to use some university auditorium, first you have to ask to the cultural department if you can use it, this is in the cases like you want to present a play, a musical, a choreography,a concert,if you want to project a movie or something like that.

But in the case that you need it for something relationated with your career you have to ask in your own career coordination and then they will give you all the information that you will need.

Only in this two cases the lending of the auditorium is for free, but in the case that you want to use the auditorium for something foreign to the school, it will have a cost which you can ask in the publicity and image department which is in the parsonage building.

almost nobody uses the auditoriums or the school, I thought there were like five but now we realized there are fourteen, I think the school should explain us how to use them. In my group we only used it one time for a communication project.

The services or activities that you can do at the gym

• The gym has 2 zones: the cardio zone and the weight zone, if you worked with weight , first you must do 15 minutes of cardio and then you can do all the weight work that you want or that you can do.

• The cardio zone has treadmils, elipticals, oars and bicycles. If you wanted to run in the treadmils you should arrive early to the gym because always they are ocupated.The weight zone it has dumbbells, and devices and machines which works with weight that is  how you can develop muscle mass.

• If you need some help with the devices or the machines you can ask to the couches how does the device works or if you want to make an specific routine for a specific part of your body you can ask the couche how you can work each part of your body like the legs, your arms, your back, or your stomach.

• If you wanted your 15 sport credits you must do 50 minutes of exercise and no more than 1 hour and 30 minutes. Also you have to bring a towel if I were you I would bring it one because sometimes people let the devices very damp and dirty.

• When you finish your routine and you still have classes, if  you don´t want to smell bad you can go and take a shower at the  watering-cans, they are horrible you feel like a prisioner there because they have like a chain which you have to pull that is how the water goes out.

• I asked the prices. If you pay one thousand fifty pesos, you can go to the gym. when I enter to study here it was nine hundred fifty. Each year it's fifty pesos more. If i had the option, I would choose another ativitie to do. I don't want to pay for come to sufer. But many people go to the gym.

• If you haven't towel, you can't pass. 

•  If you haven't the university ID, you can't pass. In this place have a code bar reader, and you have to pass your ID to register your access time and your departure time.

• If you were in the first semester, you wouldn't go every day, you just can go tree days. The superior semesters have this privilege. 

De la Salle´s library

The library opens at 7.00 a.m. and closes at 9:00 p.m.

The library is the place where you can do your homework and find information about everything.

The people who works there are good and kind.

You can find books which are about every topic that you need like science, anatomy, mathematics, history, arquitecture, histoly and also books that are for entertainment like horror, novels and science fiction.

If you are doing a project which is very long and you need time for research and combine information you can do it just showing your ID university card, and you will be able to borrow it for 8 days.

Another service which the library offers is that if you need to make a word document, power point presentation, exel document or something that requires a computer you can use which ones are in the second and third floor of the library.

Also when you need a quiet and a peaceful place to study the perfect place where you can do it is the library but if you are going to explain something to your friend you can borrow a cubicle with your ID university card and you will be able to stay in your own space to study with your classmates and friends.

Another activity that you can do at the library is obtain cultural credits watching the movies which sometimes are projected at the third floor and outside of the library.

Cafeterias in university la salle

-The cafeteria that is visited for us usually is “The Odontology Cafeteria” because is the closer cafeteria we have, and we can buy a lot of food like chilaquiles, quesadillas, molletes, empanadas, chips, cookies and candies.

-The cat´s cafeteria: This place has been visited by the cats of the school a long time ago, that’s why we named like that. 

-We like this cafeteria because we like to see the beautiful cats. They’re super cuteee <3 but we don´t buy food there.

-A very delicious enchiladas are prepared in “The business cafeteria” but, is very far away so we can’t go frecuently.

-Punta del cielo: This place could be visited by us because the coffee is really good, but is very expensive! We wouldn’t pay for that.

isis: 

In Leon, there are a lot of places you can go, depending on what you want, I usually don´t want to spend money, I have to do out of money, but there are many different and interesting places in León that you can go to and don´t need to spend much, like the Zoo or the Metropolitan park, I really like to go there because you  enjoy the nature and is calm, the annoying noise of the city I´ts all in a days work, but not in those places.

like isis, I don't want to spend money and a lot of places are really expensive in León. If I want see my friends or I want to have a date, I usually go to altacia, all in a days work. 

obviously I have a bad apple friends who convince me to go to clubs with them. It's weird the case but it has happened.

sabrina: 

I like very much to go out in the Madero Street in the Leon Downtown because during the day there are many good restaurants, where you can eat delicious food and the prices are not expensive. In addition, there are some ice cream stores and corn store where you can eat esquites.

In the nights is also a good place to have fun, drink and dance in the clubs with your friends, the music is good and the prices are good too.

how to be a good citizen

• You should put the trash in the trash can.
• You must be a good driver, following the rules and being carefulling.
• You have to being a responsible pedestrian and use the pedestrian bridge or wait the traffic light to green.
• You must be a respectful and kind person with everyone.
• You must respect the animals in every single and possible way.

places NOT to visit in León Guanajuato.

Innovation park: because is located in a mountain, it's tired and boring. I would rather stay in class than go to the innovation park.

Jumper fly: because it has a lot of rules so you can't jump freely, after a few hours legs start to hurt. It's expensive. I would prefer going to the cinema or the bowling.

La santa: there are a lot of people, the place is very small, is pretty expensive and the music isn't good to dance. I really prefer going to the madero or to Monroe.

places to go in León Guanajuato

Madero: because is cheaper than "la santa", it has good and big variety of locals, restaurants and antros.❤️❤️

Rockstar: because is the most delicious burger restaurant in all León, besides the good music.

Gotcha: is the most funny activity to do, because you can shoot the people, is exciting and can de-stress.

Altacia: because is a nice and big mall, with a lot of shops, restaurants and good places  to have fun like cinepolis or recorcholis. Definitely is more funny and cool than Plaza mayor (sorry fans).  

Zoo: If you love the animals like us, this is the best place to go in León. Is the most beautiful place (as beautiful as the acuarium). You can walk around and enjoy the company of the animals and feel the sun in the face.
